01 — Product Overview
Engineered for the long game.
Our glued laminated timber (glulam) arch system is the premium choice for facilities where natural aesthetics matter as much as Structural performance. Each arch is manufactured from European spruce laminations, pressure-bonded to GL24h or GL28h strength class, then CNC-cut to the precise geometry of your site.
The PVC membrane canopy — tensioned over galvanised purlins — provides full weather protection rated to EN 13561. UV-stabilised and anti-algal, the membrane is available in a range of translucencies to balance daylight and glare.

02 — Key Features
Built with purpose at every level.
Every detail of this system is resolved for long-term sports facility use — not general construction.
Column-Free Interior
Arched geometry eliminates all internal columns, giving players the full court footprint without obstruction.
50+ Year Design Life
Glulam arches treated and sealed to EN 335 Hazard Class 3 for exposed outdoor use. No structural maintenance cycles.
Weather-Sealed Envelope
PVC canopy tensioned and sealed at all purlins with EPDM gaskets. Zero water ingress under certified test conditions.
Fully Custom Geometry
Span, pitch, ridge height, and bay count all vary to match your site. CNC-cut arches ensure ±2 mm accuracy at manufacture.
Fast Site Assembly
Pre-cut and pre-drilled components arrive flatpacked. A standard two-court cover is erected in 8–12 working days.
12-Month Guarantee
All workmanship and materials warranted for 12 months from handover. Extended service plans available on request.
